The service here is appalling. I am not sure who is worse, the owner or some of her staff. They are rude, unwelcoming and down right arrogant. This is not a first off experience here unfortunately. Pender place and the Maitland mall stores give this franchise a bad name. Don’t buy the birthday cakes either, every time I have bought one they have been old and stale. If you dare to complain expect to have your meal or coffee sabotaged!!

Paid $15 for two double thick milkshakes… charged me a dollar per scoop (4extra scoops of icecream charged) It took ages to come out and when it arrived, it was pure chocolate milk. I asked the young lady if she thinks this was ‘double thick’ and she looked at me and said ‘yeah’… very dissapointed at service and quality… we come to support our local and dont mind paying extra for what was asked for. lost our business 🙁

Absolutely terrible service and way overpriced. We ordered a snitzel burger and a pulled pork burger, almost $40 and half an hour later we were served with two McDonald Cheeseburger sized birgers. The waitress slammed them on the table without even acknowledging us. The “snitzel” consisted of two very small crumb chicken pieces that resembled fish fingers. Both meals came with a side of cold, soggy and rubbery sweet potato, some of which were not completely cooked. We ate it as we were hungry, had already paid and had waited way too long already. The fact that you dont even have the prices on the menu is a scam to suck people into paying rediculous prices for sub-standard food. Super angry and will be sharing this with everyone I know. Never again.
