Exquisite savoury and sweet dishes, good non-alcoholic (and boozy) drink selection, ever-evolving menu and relaxing, lovely environment (and staff). Lots of gluten-free options and so many Asian-Australian flavours to explore. Just wonderful!

My son purchased a $100 gift voucher on line and they refused to honour it after we dined. On arrival told the waitress we had a gift voucher. Cafe is only opened until 2pm offering baguettes, cakes . Concerned about viability of this business ordered extra from limited menu to utilise gift voucher. When we produced the gift voucher for payment they would not accept it saying they are different owners albeit same staffer. Advised owner he has to honour gift voucher. He refused and we had to pay $68 for 3 pancettas, 2 coffees and juice. In addition to our gift card. Rang him and advised legislation. Saying we paid $168 for 3 sandwiches. He refused to honour gift voucher.

I’d rate it higher if it was possible. The food & coffee at Metta Sol is made with passion and sets a very high bar for Adelaide. Coupled with a super clean design, amazing customer service, great pricing, vegan & vegetarian options, it doesn’t get better than this. A great place to include into your routine, and it’s definitely found it’s way into mine.

It is a hidden little vegan place. It’s worth a try. I liked the fresh taste and the light feeling afterwards. It was fully packed when we visited, you might have to reserve a table before your visit. PS: there is a 15% surcharge on a public holiday.
