The pizzas are so very tasty. I tried the Bolognese chicken schnitzel meal and it was magnificent and so fresh and big. Also tried the Greek doughnuts for the first time and they were really lovely. Thankyou for your amazing service and food.

Put preorder in during the day for 6.15 pickup. Get there at 6.15pm, pay for it and am told to wait a couple mins because it’s still coming out. 6.30pm I ask how much longer and he says he has no record of my order?! And I’ll have to wait another 20mins for a new order!

Very ordinary pizza , ordered a spaghetti pizza with ham on the base . I received a spaghetti slop pizza with ham sprinkled on top . Impossible to pick up a slice and eat it like you should be able too , sauce tasted like it’s out of a tin . . Straight to the bin , never again !

Tried to phone an order through – told they don’t take phone orders – go online. Super clumsy web site – just a joke. Small business in a small town – just provide good service please. You pizza is great – your business systems are below par.

Staff botched my order and we were forced to wait until they made the missing part of it. Upon being asked to keep our existing food hot, it was slammed down into their food warmer and clearly purposefully dropped by the girl who served us, the latter of which is something that I’m quite sure could get the business in serious trouble and net her a firing on the spot. A staff member taking out their frustration on an innocent customer – especially the way that she did – is disgraceful. I won’t be going back.

Bbq chicken pizza had way to much onion and not enough chicken. Barely any topping. Garlic bread was cooked perfectly but was slightly disappointed with the pizza. I’ll be back again to see if this changes. Other than that. Service was fast and pizza was cheap and nice and hot.

A disappointing meal, a second time around. The people who work here are kind but I think they are also sadly not checking the dates on the food they are serving, or possibly cross contaminating it with raw food.

I find the pizza at Mediterranean in Ballan to be pretty good, to be fair it’s not a woodfired oven but it’s not $25 for a pizza either.
