When your menu specifies that the Parma is gluten friendly and you place an order specifically noting Parma GF please, it would be nice to have a gluten free Parma. Arrived to collect and told it would be another 15 minutes at least. They were busy when we collected, so I only asked to confirm and was told ‘yes, just no chips’. I should have checked it then and there but assumed he meant it was served without chips to be gluten free, which is fine. Except I got back to accommodation to discover it was literally covered in chips. When I called to clarify the gluten free status of my order, I was told that the chips weren’t safe, the cheese likely spattered in oil from other things in the oven, and that if it was an issue not to eat it. That’s fine, except that I was refused a refund despite the fact that the item provided was not as ordered, so I could either sacrifice my money entirely or have a gluten free pizza. Okay fine, I say. But wait… It will be two hours and I can have only margarita, no other option. And to top it off, the whole time the guy who answered the phone had to field every answer through the manager who was most unpleasant about ‘special needs’, obviously unclear I could hear him. Then the promised pizza finally arrived and it was decidedly average and lukewarm. The kids had standard pizzas and lasagne, neither of which were even worth finishing, lasagne had one bite and they left the rest. A most disappointing experience.

The food here was ok. The pizzas took less than the amount of time stated when we ordered. Service was efficient and friendly.

Sad to say tonight’s delivery was well below average. We usually enjoy pizzas from this venue, even though they can be inconsistent. Both small pizzas were smaller than usual, lukewarm and ingredients were sparse. The satay chicken was particularly dry but still undercooked! Felt like a day after warmed up pizza. Sad to see one of our favourites under perform at the start of the busy season.

My Partner and I got takeout from there, got a pizza and lasagne as well as chips. We LOVED the pizza and lasagne, the lasagne is what just what you’d want in a pizzeria pasta dish. the only downside was the chips but i mean, you don’t go to a pizzeria for the chips- the oil maybe was a bit old. Very fairly priced, leaved is very happy and full. the employees were also very sweet 🙂

Great pizza, nice thin Italian-style crust – if that’s your bag, ignore the reviews complaining about not getting a Domino’s style thick doughy crust. Fair prices and fast, friendly service on a busy night. Recommend.

Pizza was pretty good. Base was thin which I like. Toppings were fresh and overall taste was very good. Would go back again

Ok where do I start? We came to this restaurant and the prices in-store were double the prices reflected on their website. They informed us that they recently changed their prices. Does this change the fact that the “incorrect” prices are still displayed online? No. I don’t know why, but we decided to go ahead with it anyway. Then when they punched in the items into the till, they were also higher than the in-store menu. The lady was surprised but said the prices on the in-store menu were incorrect. So not only were they updated and wrong, they were supposedly updated again after that and still wrong! YET IF YOU TRY ORDERING ONLINE, IT GIVES YOU THE CHEAPER PRICES!! For example, the pasta on Menulog is Small $8.90 and Large $13.90, but in store the Medium is $16.90. Fantastic! Ignoring all the red flags, I decided to order pasta and tenderloins. All the menus had said to pick a sauce with the chicken – but when I did, they tried to charge me for that too?? When I asked why they were charging for what the menu said was part of the option, I got mocked, judged, and then they conceded to giving the sauce for free… how can you get annoyed with a customer who is genuinely asking why they’re getting charged for something that the menu doesn’t say is an extra charge?
