Really a quarter pounder has double cheese no sauce or onion or pickles just some lettuce these guys always stuff up orders they are slow the drive through is long and when u go inside u wait even longer waited 20 minutes for my meal cold fries and a burger that didn’t have anything in it. And u can’t call or make complaints because they don’t have anything along those lines

Fantastic quick drive thru…. i ordered a medium almond latte, when I got my coffee, I had to stop on the parking to verify the content as the cup was very light and I was surprised to see that my medium coffee was more like a small. I’m quite disappointed . I didn’t go inside to discuss because they could have told me i drank some of it.

First time today coming to this McDonald’s in Lyndhurst driving from Cranbourne East thinking this place going to be good as it’s new. But I was wrong and it turns out to be the most unhygienic place I ever been too. Table are so dirty we had cleaned it ourselves. Food was brought to us with chips tipped upside down and we had to scoop them back into the packets. Burgers were very dry no mayonnaise and no lettuce in them. Was so disappointed such a ripped off for what you pay. I wanted to take the foods back but my children didn’t want any chaos and we had to dealt with it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I regret not taking photos

No soap in the toilets (and only cold water taps), toilets incredibly dirty and tables in restaurant were not clean. No staff available to assist, could see staff up the back chatting but non appeared to be actually doing anything. We decided not to eat given the lack of cleanliness. It was not busy at the time.

Ordered meal at 7.30pm last night tuesday 8th August order 116, wanted to try new raspberry and custard pie McFlurry, paid for it in my order, when I got home it wasn’t in the bag, what a waste of money. Moral of the story, always check your Maccas bag. Burgers were also dry and flat as a pancake and fries were terrible.

30mins ago l purchased through the driveway service for a Large Hot Chocolate and a burger. When l actually got to take a sip of the hot chocolate it was sour,luke warm and watery!!!! The milk was tainted!!! I was 5 kilometres from the restaurant where l purchased the hot chocolate and too far to go back to return it and if l did happen to return it someone may have worn it!!! My son works for McDonalds as a manager at another restaurant and he has been informed of the situation. He will speak to the manager of this restaurant. I will not use this restaurant or any other McDonalds restaurants in future!!!

30 minute wait in the drive through this afternoon at 1pm. Finally got to pick up my food and there was no apology or explanation for the wait. Luckily the food was fresh and hot – and the order was correct.
