Ordered roughly between 5:15-5:30 pm Ordered through drive through today the girl that took my order was pleasant however the girl that prepared my order was not. 2 large coke and spirit didnt have any ice at all. It’s so frustrating! Try drinking coke that doesnt have ice and you can taste just the syrup. Ordered nuggets and doesnt have the sweet n sour sauce! But thats okay. But whats not okay is the coke without the ice. I mean if they dont like working there then dont. Okay it’s maccas but still! Just want to let management know about this.

I get an order, once a week. There is always something missing from the order, missing fries, missing burger, missing sauce. The burgers are put together in a way that suggests the maker does it with their eyes closed, cheese is meant to be inside the burger not stuck to the roof of the burger box.

After ordering from the computer machine and having a terrible experience, now I know why I don’t order McDonald’s often. I had the worst experience, went to order and the machine wasn’t printing the receipt with your order confirmation, so I went and ordered again. Then I went to the front counter and being approached by the manager, that told me that I shouldn’t order twice as I should know that the printer isn’t working. Extremely rude manager and have no customers service skills! Didn’t want to refund my second order on my card and said the only way to do that was giving as cash. Manager kept insisting that I should have come to front counter before ordering again, however there is no explicit message saying that the printer isn’t working. I’ll not order McDonald’s ever again, very horrible experience! Go Hungry Jack’s

Usually if i dont enjoy the service i dont comment however this time was so underwhelming i doubt i will ever return to any Maccas. The premium burger looked nothing like the photo on the self serve kiosk. I ate it all because i was in a rush but when i went back to compare what i recieved to the photo half was missing. I cannot recommend.
