I stopped into McDonald’s to grab a quick bite to eat and a much needed drink. I also had to use the restrooms, and I found them clean and smelling nice. Rare for a McDonald to be clean. The staff, though young were friendly and happy to serve me. I was meeting another person I didn’t know, and the atmosphere was good. Nice place to meet up as it’s on the corner of Scarborough Beach Rd and Charles Street with a BP fuel station to feed your ride. Lots of parking and easy to get into and out of.

24/08/2023 about 11:30am on the daytime, Look like the face Asian, she Should be section manager just cuz I was checking the order bag to see if it was right order or not. I were humiliated infront of few staff that were present there and she was shouting like. The team members led by him are lax and unactive, have no work procedures and a sense of responsibility, and have not performed as they should. also NO one have smile and the poor customer service, You can follow up and check indoor security camera record.

Left at the waiting bay for 30 mins. Gave the staff the benefit of the doubt due to the peak hour crowd. Got off the car to ask about my order. Staff had completely forgetten abt my order and told me to wait again at the waiting bay. It has been 20 mins since then. Guess i will never get my meal ♂️ I can understand it gets busy, but surely there can be a better system to manage orders or simply get more staff.

Order 157 today, chicken was not grilled properly for the burger, appeared raw and chewy. I order a dessert as well that never was given to me. In the end, no value for money. Was a bad deal coming here.

This is an especially popular for drive through McDonald’s due to its central location. We picked up a couple of McFlurrys via drive through late at night and it wasn’t busy so we had relatively fast and efficient service. The food itself was pretty standard as you would expect for fast food.

McDonald food is always great. Me and my husband often come to eat from Mecca after work. Today I came to this Mecca after long hour of shifts and there was this women( chubby, short asian women) wearing a yellow T-shirt and she was freaking shouting at my husband just cuz he was checking the order bag to see if it was our order or not. We were humiliated infront of few customers that were present there and she was shouting like “hey don’t touch it if it’s not yours) I know working long hours can be hard sometimes but this isn’t a way a person who works in a customer service should act. Shows unprofessionalism, I am never coming here again. Service
