They make you pay before advising that their machines aren’t working. So I had to wait an extra 10minutes for two frozen cokes… Something that should take 1min. If I knew it would be that long I wouldn’t have paid for it. Their customer service is poor and are staffed inadequately.

I requested cheeseburger NO pickles, NO onions as stated on receipt but on docket stuck on burger only said NO pickles. I asked for 2 small long black coffees, 1 x 3/4 full. Got BOTH full, ie NO 3/4 full coffee. Was not offered to do again, I had to request. Staff barely smiles. Given all this incidents my lunch was cold by the time I got to eat it. Very inconvenient which means I’m not getting what I pay for

Standard McDonalds in a food court. Was here very early so only a few workers but food was quick. My latte was more like a cappuccino but it did the job. Food was hot and the self service machine actually works.

They are very slow, poor customer service and not staffed adequately to cater for their customers. They all avoid eye contact so you can’t even get they attention if something is wrong with your order. At least 4 people while I was waiting came back with things missing from their orders.

Ridiculous, extremely rude workers. One manager left our food sitting in the window in DT as we drive up and she left, Had to physically reach out and grab our food off the window and as we drive off the Manager came back to the window and yelled out “yea have a nice day haha” how rude. Another time I ordered 2 Lrg sundaes with extra topping and as we pulled up to the end window they gave us no extra topping at all, asked for more and got an eye roll from the worker. Then tried to hand us a sundae that clearly had hardly any chocolate as it looked like the syrup had ran out so I was told to park around the corner, I had 2 workers come out and say “if you want extra topping you will have to come in to pay, because you didn’t ask for any”. After that sundaes came out and one was chocolate one was strawberry?? I asked for chocolate.
