It must be me. Everytime ( last three times in a row) I use the drive thru only to have to drive back to go inside and exchange my meal because I was handed the wrong one. Frustrating. So I go inside more frustration as I have to wait in line to get served. Then my meal was sitting for ten plus minutes. It isn’t warm. In the past McDonald’s offered free meals coupons or burgers for stuff ups like this. I took one star off for every stuff up in a row.

Me and 2 friends ordered our double McSpicys and Double Cheeseburgers with nothing else. Much to our shock we got to the window and we got something else. The man handed us 2 cups of water. When i say “nothing else” I mean it. Do i look like a charity Ronald? Yes i was thirsty but that defeats the purpose. Looking back on it I would have said nothing and kept the water because I am so thirsty. But it’s okay ill have a glass of water when I get home. We have tank water at home and its a lot yummier anyway. Will be back for vengeance.

Called up less than 2 minutes before arriving to ask if their icecream machine was working, was told by Zac the manager it wasn’t working, ordered an icecream in the drive thru and asked the server about it and was told it was because they get prank calls. I was polite on the phone and said word for word “G’day mate, Sorry to bother you but I was just calling to see if your icecream machine was working” which he replied “actually it’s not”. Not a real big fan of liars and it seems like the owners should have a chat.
