Went through the drive-through and it was very slow. Car in front was given the wrong drink size for coffee, so we had to wait while another one was made. Below window at pick up point it looks like someone had thrown up on it. I mentioned to the girl at the window that it could do with a clean as it looks very ordinary and from her response I assumed she was not going to clean it

Look the burgers are good, however, I came in, ordered off of the electronic menus because no one would look at me. Proceeded to wait, and wait, and wait. At the 11 minute mark they hadn’t even started and I’m the only one in front-of-house. Called the manager over and only then did back of house start my order. At least 6 cars going through drive thru during this time. I know they have times to meet and beat, but it’s pretty frustrating when they don’t care about their walk-in customers!

Bought a 3 pack of skinless crispy boneless chicken and they were no more crispy than fly to the moon. Last time was also just as bad as the crispy burger we bought also had the same issue and quickly went in the bin as it was inedible. Won’t be going back.

Restaurant never ever has any sweetener in stocks. Have to drink tea or coffee without it. Management needs to consider this it’s pretty annoying. Restaurant feels very grubby as well. Ambience could be better and more vibrant.

I Bought the new chicken burger that looks pretty much exactly the same as a zinger burger. I was really excited for this, but as you can see in the photo the chicken is partly raw which is disappointing. Most likely going to get food poisoning. You’d think a fast food joint would know how to thoroughly cook food idk?
