Attention to detail is important in all industry. That would’ve been a 4* review all over if they had closed the nugget box before giving it to me. Fortunately I ate it minutes after receiving so it didn’t have chance to get cold.

The staff spend more time chasing pigeons out of the restaurant than putting the food together. I got a cheeseburger and OMG… it is super small. Lile three bites and it’s gone! It has reduced in size from when I last remember it. Not this restaurants fault but Maccas in general. At least the inside was tidy and the entertainment was free (eg. watching the staff chase pigeons all around the tables and out the door).

This has to be one of the most abhorrent restaurants I have been to. It was shocking to walk in and see food and boxes/bags left on tables and on the floor which carried out to the outside eating area. Tables were dirty. Not all touch screens were working. If you weren’t quick enough to read your ticket number displayed on screen, poor you because a paper ticket was not issued. Staff were calling out numbers that were not displayed on screen, for example; my number was 95 yet they were calling out 195. In my order was a medium frozen coke, but apparently their machine was not working. They had pre-filled drink orders and left them on the counter, which had been sitting on the counter for up to 15mins. I also ordered a large cappuccino which was 3/4 filled. I returned to have it topped up with milk, only then to be told that the froth had shrunk down. My coffee order was called out as 95..not 195. Bins were over-full too. I could keep going but am running out of breath. I get that there are peak periods within the day, however this doesn’t seem to be taken into consideration with this place. I wouldn’t even call it a fast food place or a restaurant My photos actually make this place look better than what it actually was. Come on McDonald’s lift your game!

I really enjoyed my visit here, I was working at the time and needed a place to drop in, get something to eat and a coffee and do some work. I connected to the WiFi, had a meal and a coffee and was then on my way. Once again, get the app and utilise the table service opportunity.
