Filthy dirty, not a clean table in sight even though they weren’t that busy. The bench top where they serve the coffee hadn’t been wiped down for some time. The food prep area is dirty also, and the floor is disgusting.

Staff clearly couldn’t care less, just wandering around while a small order took over 20 minutes. The manager, (young girl with a bun and glasses) was just standing there not helping at all and rolling her eyes.

Never again, took half an hour to get order, coffee took a few minutes and was cold by the time we got our egg and bacon muffins. Manager had no idea how to manage the staff or situation she was just walking around with hands in pockets, would not look at customers didn’t give any guidance or help to staff that was just walking around lost, I have never seen the amount of people waiting, by the time we left even the drive through was all the way out to the main road, this place is so disorganized and an absolute disgrace.
