Tonight was the worst for McDonald visit. Lots of customers but seriously short staffed. Delays of 35 mins for a coffee ☕️. Zero problem solving skills. Lots of unhappy people leaving that place today. To be fair this town needs another McDonald nearby. Too many hungry people need fast food that takes more time to serve.

Had an online pickup order, no sauce with nuggets, chips that were harder than month old stale bread and no onion or pickles on burgers. When calling the store I was met with attitude and nonchalance. Absolutely no care in what they gave to customers and no willingness to fix the issue given the chance. No wonder they didn’t give their name when answering the phone.

The worst maccas I’ve been to. Staff saying “I’m not making it, I’m off my shift”. Dirty tables, full bins. Ripped seats. Burgers sitting for at least 15 mins (while I was waiting for my latte). Drinks unattended.

I’ve been to alot of McDonald’s store and unfortunately I can say this is the worst I’ve been too. Burger presentation was horrendous, fries were barely even warm. If you were to base all McDonalds stores from this, then the burgers would without doubt be better at Hungry Jacks.

Went in-store for a coffee tonight, at 8. Wish I didn’t. Not a single clean table, vomit under one, bloke in the grey shirt, assuming he’s the manager talking to his friend over the counter about cars more then working, the place was disgusting. Clearly the pumpkins on shift don’t know how to clean bins, tables or floors. DISGUSTING!
