Went through on a Tuesday night at about 9pm and do every week, the workers here are absolutely lovely. They always do a great job of filling up my sundaes and are usually pretty good with filling up my frozen cokes. Food is also cooked very well each time I go through & have never had an issue in regards to this.

Pulled up to the speaker after spending a few minutes trying to give my order unsuccessfully I said to the staff member I can’t hear you over the speaker very well so I drove up to the window and spent a few minutes trying to give my order there. I paid and drove to the first pick-up window sat there for a little while after not seeing any staff inside and a few cars behind me I drove up to the second window and waited there still seeing no staff inside. After a minute or so a more senior staff member opens the window and pretty much throws my order at me and has a go at me for being at the wrong window. To top it off I drove off with only half the food I ordered anyway. Can forgive the young staff member at the first window for maybe being new and still learning but not the rudeness of the more senior staff member at the pick-up window. Will not be back. Never experienced such rude staff before

Partner went in to get coffees for the boys at work today, ordered in drive through and spent 10 minutes waiting only to be brought 2 of the 4 drinks which were wrong and the girl gave attitude then walked off. Another came shortly after with one of 4 coffees which was actually correct but when he informed her that he was waiting on others she also walked off, he was then moved into the waiting bay and after 25 minutes of not being seen to he had to leave as a simple coffee run turned into an almost 45 minute trip. Disappointed as he didn’t receive product or even an apology for the mistakes made and came away out of pocket with nothing to show for it

I was too early to go today and wanna coffee and banana bread. If staff didn’t heat up his Mary’s chef they have to inform me on order so we can cancel that i was 20 mins late on my work when we were on the pay window they refuse to served us. I am so disappointed from 2 of staff member. MaCafe have to trained there staff.

Apparently im a glutten for punishment because until now i kept going back to this store. If the staff are as competent at life as they are at their job i fear few of them will live past 24….the amount of times my orders are cold and incorrect leave me embarrassed to admit i returned again and again only to have the same simple orders arrive cold and undercooked time and time again. Ive given up on trying to call to complain only to be left more angry and disappointed at the money ive wasted. You may aswell park in the carpark, tell the garbage bin your order and then eat some grass off the median and you’ll have a better dining experience than that of the completely hopeless one you’ll endure at this store.
