Food is cold every time. Chips half full. You try and call to complain (delivery or drive thru) and they just hang up the phone. Coffee is always wrong.

The worst McDonalds in the area, literally something wrong every single time we order from here. They are so slow and no one seems to actually care. The restaurant is always dirty, rubbish on the floor and most tables, even my 4 year old comments how dirty it is in there. Toilets are putrid.

This store doesnt even deserve 1 star. Constantly getting orders wrong when ordering through delivery. Spent over $100 online ordering 12 sausage & egg muffin meals, only to receive 5 muffins with sausage & egg and the remaining 7 with only egg in it. Absolutely sick of this store and its poor service.

Staff were polite, but were understaffed, our food was almost cold but we were hungry so ate it on the way home with only three staff members on no wonder, they were doing twice the work if not more. But very busy. Service was good, if they got more staff on it would be OK Ive never had an issue before.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, I’ve been here 4 times and every time there was something wrong. I just got off work and decided to go here I ordered a medium cheeseburger meal with a coke and mcchicken sauce dip, the dip was a dot of sauce, the meal was a small and even then there where like 5 chips, there was no pickles or onion on the burger and it was the ugliest stacked burger of all time how do you mess up a maccas cheeseburger. My coke was also a no sugar coke that was flat. And the customer service was the worst ove ever seen

Waited in the drive-through for over 15 minutes for 2 sundaes and an ice cream cone. All were melted, and the sundae cups were covered in chocolate sauce. Waste of time and $$
