I ordered a iced coffee frappe. After a short wait I asked about the progress of my drink. Addison mentioned it was accidentally made with whipped cream which I had request to be removed. She quickly arranged a replacement. Accidents happen but Addison handled it well and provided great customer service.

Avoid franchise food like the plague. Your front-line people are always fabulous, but the “food” is always last resort and the idea of Maccas replacing the front-line people with touch screens is even less reason to try your products.

This McDonald’s was great. I ordered through the app before walking in, and literally I walked in, and within a few minutes, my hash browns and coffees were all ready for pick up. So I just sat back and relaxed with my kids for a bit.

We have stopped here a few times great clean stop over on the freeway friendly staff, play area for young kids. Recommended for anyone who needs a stretch break or food or fuel. Plemty of inside seating, inside restrooms charging points, outside grassed and seating area.

Ordered large chips , was only filled half way , they would have seen this and on top of it , they where cold and then took a bit of egg and bacon muffin had egg shell nit just a little bit at least half of it.

The wrap I ordered was the worst wrap I have ever had, the wrap itself was crispy and dry/stale and barely any sauce and seemed like it was made a while ago, not freshly made and carelessly put together. The service was very slow and staff rude and abrupt, customer service was poor.
