This fast food is absolute rubbish, the customer service and the food. We had plenty of items missing the chips were half and they gave me a salted caramel frappe instead of coffee TWICE. And the manager GRACE was giving us attitude and when we were waiting for my coffee frappe she walked outside to the parking bay and told us to leave. When we got the “coffee frappe” it was salted caramel again. Worse fast food I’ve ever been to absolutely disgusted

came thru DT today and the customer service was outstanding as usual, workers were very polite and friendly. however we ordered a mcfeast meal with no pickles. it did come with no pickles but also with no mcchicken sauce nor lettuce. was given an extra slice of tomato but that shouldn’t be replaced with the missing sauce and lettuce. it also came with red onions instead of white slivered onions. it really doesnt take long to change empty sauce canister and top up lettuce/onions. thank you

Came here last week and the service was poor. Popped by today on the 2th of Aug 2023 at 8.57pm, at the drive through and the asian girl was polite and all smiles. The other guy that gave us the pies in the waiting bay was on point as well. Best service received thus far. Restored some lost faith.

Ordered through the Maccas app, went through the drive thru to get our food. Got home, noticed missing items, had to drive back. By the time we got back, our food was cold. Requested to get our meal redone, the supervisor said if we paid we could get it redone because they were understaffed? We said no and were visibly upset, the manager then said they’d redo our order and apologised.

Receipt printers have not worked for months, order numbers given are flashed on “blink and you’ll miss it” screen and it different from numbers called by service staff. Table service number stands deliberately removed even when service is still an available option from self service counters.
