Clean and new looking (first visit). Food wasn’t as fast as it should be but it was as you can expect from all McDonald’s these days. Toilets were clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get any pickles in our burgers. Would’ve been nice to have been notified about this beforehand.

The food is good for a typical MacDonalds chain store if you know what I mean…. it’s Macca’s. I’ve only given 3 stars for service because often orders are incorrect from the drive through and if you don’t hold the line up and check it all before driving off you have to go back to fix it which is inconvenient.

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied I ordered a large Big Mac meal a apple pie a McFlurry and a frappe and paid $45 only to get half a Drink and burger I have tried to get in contact to get a refund or my items sent me and have been refused by 3 people and the and the customer support on the app says they will get back to me in 3 business days this is the second time the has happened and the first time was in store and they still Did not want to help! Maccas used to be good!! So very Disappointed and annoyed and would just like my money Back at this point

The lack of customer training is quiet obvious. Smithfield Mc Donalds is probley one of the worst customer to staff displays ive personally come across. Little to no greetings, lack of product knowledge, difficulties with special requests & lack of engagement with customers.

Very modern mcdonalds its big its clean and has some tables ive never seen before with paper plain folding diagrams cool for the kids. The play ground is Big for a maccas aswell.

Worst maccas in FNQ. Chips tasted like cardboard. No pickles or onions on my burger. Restaurant was dirty and staff were miserable. Ordered an extra sweet and sour sauce with our nuggets yet didn’t receive it or the one that was supposed to come with the nuggets. Once we asked staff for the missing sauces they replied with “we have none in stock” yet didn’t offer to reimburse the $1 we paid for it.
