Same old same old. Can never get an order right. Once again having to pick off pickles and onion when specifically ordered without and told by staff when questioned if they remembered cos there was no slip on the box that it had been done right.

Polite and friendly service, was a couple tables needing to be cleaned the whole time i was there and i was served without any Soviets in my take away bag which was annoying as im used to other maccas putting it in my takeaway bag although i did decide to eat inside, the burgers and frys were definitly up to a mcdonalds restaurant standard anyway.

Very convenient location just off the Bruce Highway on the way into Cairns from the South. Situated in a complex containing a Liberty fuel facility with a mini supermarket, as well as Subway and Macca’s. Food and service are very good, usually a 5 or 6 minute wait, but blows out during school and public holidays as the restaurant gets very busy. Not a lot of parking, is wheelchair accessible, the toilets are clean and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

My experience at Gordonvale Macca’s seems to get less and less enjoyable each visit. On my last one I was made to feel that I had defend my choice to use cash and not use the electronic kiosks. I don’t go to a takeaway just for the food. The Barista was lovely but I was left feeling cold by other staff. No happy meal for me.

Gordonvale store Very dissapointed we orders two large double qauterpounder meals plus a share pack of nuggets my Burger was so porely made the cheese was stuck to the box and the Burger tore threw the box we asked for no onion on the other Burger extra mustard and it was not done we also asked for big Mac sauce for the nuggets but got no sauce not the first time we have had a bad expirence here eather
