Think someone ate half my chips between the drive thru window and the pick up window please fill the chips up maccas surely it’s not that hard. However the girl on the speaker had outstanding customer service!

I went there this morning to reward my 4 year old for excellent swimming. However, I was greeted with terrible customer service, an incomplete order, terrible food and lastly, the kids play area had no airflow aswell as the aircon wasn’t on. I had ordered table service which I had waited in the playroom with a chair holding the door open for airflow. The order didn’t come after waiting 15minutes. I then approached the counter and asked about my meal – she responded unkindly saying she had been calling out my meal, when I said that I had ordered table service she responded unkindly again simply saying “we are understaffed”. No apologies or anything. The meal was missing a chocolate top ice cream and my burger. I then proceeded to head back to the counter to make her aware there was items missing. Still no apologies or any quality customer service. My order was $34.20. I will NOT be returning to this place as it is not family friendly.

The food is mostly always good. But the problem is most of the workers are slack and it looks like they don’t know what they are doing half the time. They are always behind always having people wait in the car park for 10 minutes or more. There is only one worker that is superior which is the manager with black hair with darker skin with the lovely personality. Every time she is working it’s fast and efficient. The bad review is mostly because there shouldn’t have to be one worker that keeps ahold of a restaurant that’s really poor of MacDonalds itself. Also the other day one of the managers skinny blond hair gave us our meal without the drinks and had us standing there I was ready to go behind the counter and do it myself.

The manager Renae is a liar .Rasmussen maccas are Always stuffing up their orders day and nights on the weekends, missing multiple expensive food,never get money refunded from menu log or doordash, because after 2 refunds you don’t get any refund back,And you can’t charge the maccas store,So you have to take the chance in getting all your items from Rasmussen maccas store.Renae told me on the phone she will ring up menu log to get my refunded back, But everyone knows that is a lie to get me off the phone,and Renae,stor manager maccas didn’t even replace the items I didn’t get.This is a bad store.Dont recommend even wasting money ringing them up.

Worst run maccas in Townsville, staff can be rude when asked to fix an order, 9 times out of 10 the frape machine is broken, no cream I asked they put cream on, ask me to move to stop sign out of sight so they can scrape cream off an im allergic, pay good money and they stuff orders cut corners, close shop in the am for an hour or so they say machines down, I think it’s a poorly run store. Only 2 staff Go above and beyond for you.

Just ordered a cheese burger and specifically asked them to make sure it had pickles as my last 2 orders didn’t have them. Got home n once again no pickles, no mustard. Burger consisted of a dried out meat Pattie. Tomato sauce, cheese n a couple of pieces of raw onion. Worst Macca’s ever. Disgusting

I ordered 4 large meals for my boy his mate and another 2 friends and they didn’t get there fries it was on the docket but apparently the chick who served me said she didn’t charge me for the fries which was her stuff up so I had to pay again for the chips singularly and at $4:45 per chips that’s pretty bad when the boys revieved em I had some they were cold and were just dry and Terrible..
