My partner and I wanted a late night feed as it’s his last day in Brisbane before leaving for work for three weeks. He ordered a bbq bacon Angus and the bottom patty was the size of a cheeseburger patty. And I ordered a mcchicken which has 0 lettuce. Definitely won’t be going back. Gave maccas so many chances

I made a menulog order for 1 x McChicken Meal and 1 x McFlurry. My order was delivered and of course there was no ice cream. The drink and food were all packed in one bag. The drink in a cup holder which could hold 2 items. I doubt that the driver forgot to pick up a second bag which would hold only the ice cream. It should have been packed in beside the drink. Staff failed to pack it, costing me $8. Obviously, they won’t redeliver a forgotten item and refunds can take days through Menulog. Staff stuffed up and I was left in the lurch. For an order so small, how do you forget one of the TWO items? If I wanted to order another one it would cost me $15.

With so many mistakes made from kids trying to get orders out fast for impatient customers, we always go in if we ever visit a fast food, & we always check our order now. The last visit still got my burger wrong & when I went back to let them know, the manager so kindly apologised & said they would make a new one! I felt horrible & said, “No, no you don’t have to. Just add what is missing. I don’t want you wasting food, please.” But he said “…it’s policy” they have to remake any wrong orders. It was so polite & kind but made me feel horrible. Except it was actually a really enjoyable burger. Hehehe

Consistently terrible food, every time my partner and I have gone to this McDonalds we’ve always had terrible food, chips cold, burgers smelling off and are dry as well as missing condiments, nuggets cold and old which is disgusting as it’s chicken. There coke, sprite etc is always flat every single time can’t even get a refreshing drink without being disappointed by this place.

On the 31st of August 2023, after we got through the drive-thru so I could take my 3-year-old brother to the toilet. In front of the door was a girl around 13-14 years of age. She looked in my direction and just decided to quickly vape and blow the smoke. I had to hold my breath and cover my brother’s mouth as I walked through. When we walked back outside she was gone but I could still smell some strawberry flavour.
