If possible I would give a zero star. First time this was like three months ago my order messed up. No chips and wrong burger. Only realised after I got home 30 mins away. Now worth it to drive back so I just let it go. Second time, I ordered through an apps for the first time. Drove passed the order box I went strap to paying window. No cars behind me and it was a very quiet Sunday morning. The staff in the window asked me in a very rude manner to drive around again to the order box just to tell her my code. I didn’t want to argue so I drove around the building and went back to the box to give her the code. I knew she could easily just ad an order in the first place when I first drove in. Anyways, then she appointed me to go to pick up windows. She came over to the window and asked me to go to waiting bay. Then waited for like 10 mins to get my orders.

They have never, ever, gotten my order right. Don’t waste your time thinking “it will do, it’s in a convenient spot.” It’s a joke. Zero customer service, botched up orders (how does one get chocolate and caramel mixed up)?? An innocent mistake, you might say, Well, yes, but EVERY SINGLE TIME? These people are illiterate I guess or don’t speak english or their manager is 13 years old. It’s at least one of those.

Staff were rude, got table service and had to walk up and get my own order because it was just sitting on the bench. Food was cold and when I asked for fresh stuff the lady said “I’ll be back” & then didn’t come back for 20 mins and then told me sorry and i still didn’t get my food back.
