The lady next to me was waiting before me and I waited 20 minutes for my food. There were so many people waiting, that I felt crowded. When I received my food it was no longer fresh, fries were wilted, nuggets barely warm, and were chewy. Everyone working in the store looks like they don’t want to be here.

Garbage store with rude staff. Ignored for 5 minutes waiting for a delivery and even when I got someone’s attention, they just ignored me. I recommend customers to not order through Doordash or UberEars as this store does not respect you or care about getting your order you paid for.

I was waiting for my chicken and cheese meal, however this man who was very ugly and scary was bugging me the whole time. He was asking weird questions like where do you live, this questions went on for ages, since my meal was taking 10 plus minutes to make. I ordered a happy meal. The server had the box opened. She clearly knew there was no toy in it. Still called my number and did nothing till I requested the missing toy. Then she went to the back of the shop and gave me one. But it was not the promised Mario Bros toy. This sound like deceptive advertising to me. No apology. No explanation. What kind of training do your staff receive?
