If I could give this 0 stars I would we had to send the food back 3 times!!!! Chips looked like they had been sitting for a month!!!! Burgers were wrong like seriously get you act together!!!!!

Very quiet at 10 am, every table empty and every table dirty and unclean. Rubbish on floor and a general mess ! Poor service, left waiting several minutes at the counter ignored by the 3 staff only to be told no serviettes and given torn pieces of paper towel. Waited too long for order and ate in our car due to the poor hygiene & cleanliness of the store

Nearly every visit they say the that my payment was not approved even though it’s pending on my account. Today the manager refused to believe me even though the screen said approved and it was showing on my credit card and on my phone credit card tap record. Everytime it has come out of my account and not refunded like the manager today said. Conveniently they could not find my order receipt. He was not apologetic 1 bit. Clearly he was never taught the customer is right especially with 2 forms of proof of payment. Ipswich McDonald’s you have lost my Friday after school treat spend.

We were at a grandchild’s cross country event and needed a quick lunch before heading home. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we entered the store. It was immaculately clean and the staff were so courteous and attentive. Food arrived quickly and was lovely and hot. Thank you

Food was the best I have had for a long time from the chain… however after eating I needed the toilet and my food almost come back up…. absolutely disgusting from a restaurant. If this was a public toilet in the outback you would understand how it could get so bad… but yes wouldn’t use the toilets here without a gas mask. Oh and the ordering hubs print out blank paper.

In 30 years of visiting McDonalds restaurants around the world, I can categorically state that the Limestone Road branch is the worst I have ever experienced. Unbelievably slow service which resulted in cold insipid coffee and one undercooked and one burnt cheese and tomato toastie. I mentioned the coffee was cold as it had been waiting in the counter for 5 mins. This was met with complete indifference, no apology, and an equally tepid cup was delivered 5 mins later by which time the burnt tomato toastie was cold!
