I ordered on the menu board and paid for my order. I didn’t receive a order number so the cashier put my order through on her till and wanted me to pay again but I said it has already been paid for. So I waited and waited and waited finally I asked if my order was ready but was told that I didn’t pay so I wasn’t getting anything I said you could have told me instead of making me wait.

I ordered via the app on a deal for a $1 frozen. I have to say i accidentally selected small and when i got to the window they handed me it and i realised my mistake and asked for it to be upgraded to a large. The deal on the app is $1 frozen drinks for any size so when the manager gave me attitude about it i was annoyed cause they are all the aame price regardless. I work in fast food and the way she trested the situation was just unprofessional. Will be returning the attitude to the same lady from now on. If she can do it to me i can do it to her

Zero stars. Just drinking a latte here at McDonalds – it is really awful. I’ve just been to Europe and was telling everyone how great the coffee is everywhere in Australia. Well, I take back my words!! This is horrible. I asked for an extra hot latte – it is not very hot at all and is approx half the strength it should be, tastes like hot milk with a whiff of coffee flavouring. Very disappointing. If the idea is for McDonalds to keep the price down I’d rather they charge more and produce a decent cup of coffee! What a waste of money. Last time I will ever order a coffee from “McCafe”. Appalling!!

Not impressed, came through in drive-through order ordered and iced mocha with extra chocolate due to the fact that I don’t like coffee taste and literally sitting in the drive-through and hear the staff literally badmouthing my order saying who the F orders something like this and just being completely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. The next day in the drive-through my mum orders a iced mocha they completely mess up the order and give us a normal mocha then had to remake and it was like they just poured the hot mocha into the ice and it was completely melted and still warm and undrinkable it was thrown in the bin. :((

It is a nice clean place, but the service area is a bit confusing. As you walk in, you are not sure whether to walk up to the counter to order or order from the digital displays. There is no signage to help you with your choice. Though, when I went in, I walked to the counter, and a staff member came around the counter and assisted me with my order on the digital display
