Never thought I’d find myself reviewing McDonalds but here I go, it’s absolutely horrible. I went into the establishment to order so I had to order my meal via the self serve machines. I accepted that and continued by ordering an ” egg and sausage muffin” I did order this at about 11 -11: 30 am so I understood that there may be a wait seeing as how the staff are probably anticipating lunch orders and have no breakfast items ready ( even though they proudly advertised breakfast options untill 12 pm) after all that I waited over half an hour and once I got my breakfast I was just ready to get back to my car. But when I finally opened my order I found a very sad looking muffin with a sausage patty between it. No egg, no cheese. There is just no accountability at this place. I didn’t expect a 5 star dish but I just wanted what I ordered

Had a terrible experience today. Got 3 thickshakes, some chips and some nuggets. The nuggets weren’t bad but the chips were horrible. They were limp, they were cold and they were soggy. I don’t think even seagulls would eat them. The thickshakes were horrible. All of them were meant to be chocolate but tasted like vanilla. They were more like watery milkshakes rather than thick shakes. Nobody should expect to pay 30 dollars for that revolting meal.

Good coffee but oh my God, don’t order any of their promo offers as they really don’t care how they slap the burgers together!! And then when I showed the burger to the girl who gave it to me, and asked if they could make it again, properly, she asked what was wrong with it as she couldn’t see anything wrong. There seems to be a real lack of training there, and the inability to be able to take responsibility for when they make a mistake.

Poor service by young lady. My friend and I got the wrong burgers given to us. Many young staff on duty, yelling, laughing and not professional at all. There did not seem to be an adult present. It was like they were still at school. The only positive is that the thick shake machine was actually working for once!!
