I myself am a crew member in Melbourne, and I don’t think I’ve ever received or provided such low quality service! Unbelievable! Manager, employees, couldn’t make one sundae in 10 minutes, even though they are standing around. After asking twice I get told to wait away from the counter. Definitely not coming back here again!

Went through drive thru, while ordering at speaker box another voice came through saying please move to the next speaker (3 times) while I’m trying to tell my order to the lady, I told her ‘sorry, there’s another voice talking over’ she replied ‘yeah, I know – is there anything else?’…get to the pay window, girl is on head phones, points at eftpos screen then continues taking orders on headphones, she looks at me to point at it again, I said ‘how do I insert the card?’ She passes me a different handheld eftpos – I paid, kept going. Get my order – fries are cold! Go in to get fresh ones, to be handed what felt like fries from same batch. I stood there till someone else came over & got them replaced – again (still not hot, but warmer than last 2 lots). Get home with McChicken to find a tiny amount of lettuce. Overall, not happy – rude service & ordinary food.

UGH!!! The service at this joint is dismal, I know I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but at least most other places have some form of standards. look i get that the employees are on minimum wage and really don’t want to be there, but is it to much to ask to be treated with respect as a customer and for the employees to actually do their job instead of stuffing around. Don’t even get me started on the service. I went here the other day just for a simple Quarter Pounder meal and I waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes!!!! This is disgraceful. How can you call yourself a FAST FOOD restaurant when your pumping out food slower then a blind turtle can find its way home after a long day on the piss wit da bois. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! East is better

The worst burger and nuggets I’ve ever experienced at maccas. The nuggets had the texture and flavour of soggy cardboard, and I literally couldn’t bite through parts of the McSpicy it was so dry and stale.

Orderd a delivery order at 1:15 when it got delivery at 1:50 drop off the wrong order when called the store they told me they would be able to send the food out to 4pm wasn’t here by 4:20 when called said it would be here in 30min or less didn’t arrive untill 5pm over all waited just under 4hours just for the right order to be delivered then the chips not even frsh very unprofessional and very disappointed
