This would have to be the dirtiest and slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. We sat an hour and the filthy dining room was not cleaned once. Our food was wrong, our drinks were wrong. Our ice-cream order was printed and placed onto the counter and forgotten about until 5 minutes later when I asked about it. There is a lovely kids play area but the service is slow to non existent. Won’t be returning.

I don’t expect much but this is appalling. Are you that tight with money you can’t even put a full slice of cheese on a chicken and cheese and have to use rotten lettuce? I’m not angry, just disappointed you would serve this to humans. I wouldn’t even let feed this to rats.

This store is just something else. The atmosphere of this store is phenomenal. The food was hot and fresh, customer service is amazing. Come and grab something and have a sit down for 15 minutes and you’ll be astonished.

Chicken was extremely dry. I didn’t get sauce that I ordered for my nuggets and the chips were soggy. Staff were nice but the food took a while longer to be made. The floors were a bit dirty and wet but not hazardous.

I don’t often take the time to write negative reviews, but we’re super disappointed with the quality of our wrap meals. Chocolate shake that was watery and had NO chocolate flavour at all, the chips were barley salted, cold, soggy and underdone, and the wrap was completely flavourless and cold. It just seems like no care was put into the quality of the food, and for the price we paid as well. Truly a regretful purchase and a waste of effort for my body to process. Can we just get a bit of a higher standard on the quality of the food, for the good of the people?

Appalling service. Orders consistently wrong. Stood at the counter and was ignored a dozen times by staff walking past. Then whilst dining in was listening to 2 staff members yelling across the kitchen complaining about a colleague. If it wasn’t our local I wouldn’t come at all.
