The most unhygienic, dirty McDonald’s we have ever stopped at! We only went for coffee and banana bread. Filth on toilets, unswept floors, overflowing bins. Fries under fryer on floor, in kitchen where they cooked. Oh and the banana bread was stale. We know it’s fast food, but basic cleanliness is mandatory!

Visited this place multiple times over the last 12 months. Food is average, not sure if there are too many trainees which can sometimes impact the quality of end product. Car parking is a like a maze and very narrow roads.

I felt distressed seeing lovely workers worked beyond an acceptable level. With the noise of ringing beepers and the pace they all worked was shocking. If I was in their shoes I’d be shaking with the pressure. It’s hard to understand that these workers have to do this hour after hour. Food and coffee tasted good but coffee’s went cold waiting for food. It’s a process that needs change and I know we have a staff shortage but how can a business make the whole experience better for all.?

It’s McDonald every think you expect from McDonald. Good spot to stop on the bissy highway to Sydney. I just wish the pigs wouldn’t piss over the toilet seat. My be spring load seat so stay up and toilet paper. Need to take my own just in case.

Wow the standard has really dropped. Often a must stop to refuel car and body, we are not fans of this McDonalds anymore. Filthy toilets, filthy eating area, overflowing bins. Looked very unloved and unkempt. Management you need to up your game. Employ more staff so they’re not pushed to the limit. Cleanliness cannot come second to pumping out food orders. And please remind staff to use salt on the chips ! Midnight order after a late night in Canberra and we still had to wait forever for our order.

Stopped in here around 3am on a XPT train/bus replacement. The 3 team members working were killing it!! It was by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever been to but you know what? It was 3am with multiple busses and they were understaffed. Food and coffee was great!
