Order is always correct and ready to pick up on time. Staff are friendly enough. My main issue with this store is that every voucher I have ever tried to use online or in the app is not accepted by this store, not sure why, and for that they lose two stars. Given it’s the only real pizza option within a 40km radius it’s my only choice so just have to pay full price with no vouchers.

Phillip is on to something. My voucher was accepted online by the store, it did not come up with ” offer not accepted by this store”. I put it through and the price changed to what the offer was but when I got there to pick up the order they wanted extra. I just did not pay and walked out. The food was already cooked so I guess the staff ate it. Terrible customer service.

Only one guy makes the pizzas right. Literally every single time I’ve ordered and someone else has made them they have been wrong and the toppings are terribly placed, take the pepperoni pizza for example one time one whole has had 3 pieces of pepperoni and it wasn’t cut through properly so none of the pieces come apart. Always pick up incase they stuff up. They don’t bring the right change even when I say how much cash I have in the app. The pizza checker has never worked either. I don’t like the word hate but my feelings for this store wouldn’t be far off

Domino’s keeps sending me voucher codes just about everyday. Spend about 10minutes navigating through the website ordering just to see at checkout “this store doesn’t accept this code” If you want to continue to think that just because Yass is made up of public servants and tourists that you can rip off maybe your in the wrong biz. If you don’t want to accept the codes then tell your 40mill per year ceo to stop sending them to me.
