Must be a great place to work when workers throw pieces of paper at each other and then their friends come in and go into the kitchen space ( one would think a health snd safety issue ) high five- ing each other. I think it’s great that they enjoy themselves but not sure being an employer myself whether I would recommend some of those employees to work for me. Maybe when it was so quiet they could utilise their time snd clean down tables. Just a thought!

The restaurant is significantly understaffed and on multiple occasions there was a major wait time. Customers don’t go to McDonald’s for high quality food – speed is one of the major selling points. So if you can’t be fast, what are you good for?

Food can be touch & go. Have had burgers come deconstructed without asking, have had whole meals missing when ordering multiple meals, have experienced the classic “you forgot the sauce” & the famous “I got home before I realised my burger isn’t made as ordered & now my fries are cold as I had to come back”. On the several occasions I’ve had to call the manager, they were very professional & compensated me well.

Went through the drive through – didn’t even open the window to ask if my order was correct. Just had the card machine outside and was expected to pay and move on. Not the worst…but then half of my order was missing when I got home.

I get that McDonald’s is trying to get everyone to use the screens to make an order because it’s 2020 and it’s the future but you can’t forget the basics of food service. so I do 1 better I use my own phone to get a table service put through. That’s the best part of this visit.

Just came to get a quick meal, I got a double cheese burger with no bun and the smart people in the back area decided to put the cheese on the bottom of the box. Doing this made the cheese stick and I had to scrap it off the box and put it on the patties. My small fries were half filled but tasted nice and were warm. This is the second time they’ve made this dummie choice.

I came time moss vale for a wedding. Walked to the restaurant after ordering online. They wouldnt serve me unless i was in a car even tho I ordered. Then they made me wait and verbally harassed me after I walked there in the rain at 4am. Never going back here again. Very poor services and very untidy and disgusting store workers.
