I ordered for 2, a large chicken and cheese meal with a large iced latte for the drink as well as a quarter pounder with cheese and a small coke. Firstly when ordering the worker, was not interested yawning and not listening. I get working can be tiring but he didn’t listen and put down a normal caffe latte not an iced one so since my order was incorrect I could not go an get it changed so I had to order another drink. Secondly, the quarter pounder WITH cheese had nothing else but cheese. While writing this I have found out the worker is new which I understand starting a new job and getting the hand of it can be tough but seriously they should do a better job of training. Because some people will be a lot angrier than me and will probably complain directly to them

I want to make a complaint to you. At around 1:30 on Saturday, my child bought a McDonald’s from you. He just got it. Before he walked away, he was robbed of the food by a fourteen or sixteen-year-old boy. , because my child is relatively small, he stayed there stunned, and there were about a hundred people around watching my child’s food being robbed by others, but no one came out to stop him, and let the young man run away Lost. Then my child had no choice but to run back to his mother crying and complaining, and the child’s mother went to the service center of the shopping mall to find out the situation and asked the security guard to check the security cameras to see if he could find any child who had stolen his food. But the staff at the service desk said they had to wait for the security guards to come to watch, and the service was too slow. The mother and son left after waiting for a while. When I found out about this, I found it incredible, because this is Australia, even the food is being robbed. It’s not a big deal, but the attitude of the key service desk and the security are too slow to deal with things, and your McDonald’s manager is also You didn’t come out to comfort my child, and you didn’t give him another portion of food, which I think is incredible.

The manager is so rude (The middle-aged lady wearing grey uniform with a pleated ponytail with pink hair packer) I Wanted to buy a happy meal for my daughter and so I told her I wanted a happy meal. She stared right at me without any response in a condescending manner to make me feel uneasy and when she noticed I was staring right back at her waiting for her to respond, she rushed through the choices for the happy meal so fast that I couldn’t even hear what she was saying so I asked her again and she did the same thing with this mean looking face like I was wasting her time. I decided not to buy anymore and went over to KFC to buy lunch for myself and my daughter. She is so bitter and shouldn’t be in customer service. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. This is the first time I am leaving a negative review for any business so you can imagine how I felt. I know there was a rush at that time but it was not a reason for her to treat me that way. I have worked in a customer facing role and NEVER treated any customer like that no matter the pressure I was under. I will not be patronising this particular Maccas anymore.

Such a sad McDonald’s. Staff don’t acknowledge you when you want to order food. They are just always making coffees. Manager doesn’t even care either. Too involved mopping floors. Had to wait 10 minutes to order and get my food and this is not the first time either. I’ve learnt now to stay clear.

I regularly eat here at MacArthur square during the week I have no issues with the food. What I do hate seeing is the staff having absolutely no interest in their job. The managers on duty are friendly but the staff never smile it’s quite depressing every time sadly .

The reason for lowest review is due to attitude of the manager. She treats rough with her staff and customers during busy times. I understand busy time creates pressure, but that’s why she’s there for earning higher salary. I feel pity for those young innocent kids working under her management.
