Whilst service was good. They are only accepting “takeaways” orders at 3pm. The ordering machine doesn’t print out order confirmation and from what staff advised it hasn’t for some time.

Just left here ! my husband wanted a fillet of fish but when he got it – the bun was cold and meat just warm. he went back and asked for a fresh one and could they bring it over . while the girl was telling other staff she was pulling faces. Very rude !! Do you still steam the buns? Cos this one was straight out the fridge. When it came back I swear it was the same one as bun felt colder. I had a cheese burger which bun was cold too. My inlaws were with us they got hot apple pies which were just warm. You need to get your warmers looked at. Very disappointing as there was about 10 or more staff – 4 standing around talking while some tables and floor needed cleaning. The toilets had been neglected as well. Maccas you need to train your staff better and look after the people who are paying your wages.

Cold fries, cold mozzarella sticks, cold burgers. Wrong sized frozen drink. Single bigmac not double. New fries and sticks were still cold. New burger cold. Wrong sauce with nuggets.

Ask for a little extra salt and pepper on the burger, didn’t realise I was going to get almost 5 times the normal amount. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

Came to the store messed up my order went back a few days later and told the manger, he then took ownership of the problem and handled it super professionally! Great service and exactly the service I expect! Jarred (the manager) was an absolute champ! Will look forward to returning!

This is the 3rd time in as many weeks that we have called in here, on a Tuesday night. We will not be returning. It should not take 20+ minutes to process an order through the drive thru. There were at least 8 cars “parked” and waiting for their orders, the kids who were bringing them out had no idea who’s order belonged to which car, and they continued to pump cars through the drive thru. Our food was cold when we received it, having gone to 5 cars before us, and our drinks were forgotten and by the time we made our 5 minute drive home, it needed microwaving to eat. Spending $60+ to receive this is not acceptable.

As usual, we were able to order at the counter, not being fond of doing so online or using the screens provided. The store was clean and well presented. The food was up to McDonalds usual standards. The order was taken and served efficiently .

We always stop here on the way through to the Gold Coast and back to Sydney. This time however the restaurant inside and out was filthy dirty. Left over foods and containers on the tables and floors, rubbish bins overflowing, the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in ages. The ladies restroom stunk and was also filthy. The toilets don’t look to have been cleaned and there was rubbish and staining on the floors.
