I work in the same complex and often go there for meals when I’m too lazy to cross the road for something else. There’s at least 4 times when I ordered cheese and tomato toast and got ham and cheese toast instead. At least 3 times when the coke was pure syrup, and another couple of times when it just tasted like dirty soda water, not to mention the regular absence of ice cream and the time the workers take to acknowledge someone is at the counter in need of something as simple as tissues or straws. Overall advice, always double-check and taste everything you order before getting out of there, especially if going through drive-through.

Food orders are never really correct and almost always cold. Dining room has bins overflowing most times and tables are dirty. It’s a convenient location but disappointing in terms of food quality, service and atmosphere.

The food is never of quality chips always cold and soggy the burger I bought had just two chicken fillets no bun or lettuce or sauce just the chicken. The drinks have been on many occasions flat and diluted that bad the drinks are not worth drinking and hear all this bad feedback throughout the community

Been there 3 times now. Each time food cold. 2nd time took food back still replaced with cold food, and staff made fun of us for doing it when they thought we weren’t looking. When you spend 50.00 to feed a family not good enough. Floors dirty with food and garbage over flowing with staff standing around. Lift your game.

9.50pm Friday night, only car in drive through. No urgency in preparing food. Waited at the for about 10 mins. Drinks were warm, Sprite post mix out – I got soda water. Chips cold and burgers cold.

I usually don’t have anything nice to say about McDonalds in Medowie but today I actually bought a sausage muffin and it was amazing was fresh , cooked to perfection not burnt and the hash brown was hot and crispy not cold n soggy . Hopefully it’s now picking up it’s game .
