Hard to get sweet hopper from any Srilanka Resto around Melbourne. This is one that still provides honey hopper. wish there is more variety like cheese & chocolate hopper’s. Their egg hopper quite good. I would recommend 4+ if there is package price, instead of $3.50 each

I have been going to this place for many years, but recent experiences have put me off. The fellow at the front is so moody and his customer service us horrific. Felt unwelcoming and rude. This happened couple of times, and I have cosidered to avoid this place. I doubt if the owner is even reading these reviews, if he is improve this or your future will not be very sustainable.

Authentic Srilankan restaurant in South East Melbourne with wide variety of dishes you could choose from. Doesn’t offer delivery and no dine ins at the moment due to Covid restrictions. But you could enjoy a nice Srilankan meal at a reasonable cost. Also serves a nice selection of quick bites with range of pastries and ethnic deserts.

The lumprais was very delicious although it was not the traditional Sri Lankan flavour. The fish buns were the best I have tasted. Thank you MBK team.

Chinese rolls, maalu roti, patties were nice. Kibula, maalu paan was ok. Lamprais was average and had fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce which wasnt clear if it was a mistake or not but that reduced the experience.
