3 out of 4 times their food has been very good. Unfortunately I asked to remove BBQ sauce from my pizza but didn’t explain i wanted the base to be pizza sauce (same order every week) so i was given a pizza with cheese and toppings and was charged for chicken but not provided on top. I understand computers have changed the way orders are taken, and honest mistakes occur. Generally Good.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered just after 6pm with an estimated time of delivery of 7.15. The time is currently 7.52 and they have not delivered. Gave some story about how they tried to deliver and ring us but no one was here.. What a load of c%*&, the garage door was up, with the party on and all the lights were on.. NO ONE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY!!!!! Customer service is non existent. Don’t order from them because you won’t get your order!!!

We ordered just after 18:00,,they told us that it would be here at 19:15,,,we rang them at 19:50,,,and they told us that they ran,,and came to the door,,but the thing is,,we’ve been sitting here waiting,,no one came nor did they ring. What an absolute rip off. Ordered 2 large pizza-double toppings and wasnt even enough toppings on it. Rang them up, they said they put double toppings. I wonder what a normal pizza looks like if the pizza-double toppings looks like this.Waste of money. Never again
