I visited Martha’s Table for a Father’s Day celebration, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. While the service was acceptable, the food left much to be desired. It felt like we were paying fine dining prices for what essentially amounted to pub food. An $80 steak that didn’t justify the cost. Adding insult to injury, they tacked on a 10% surcharge on Sundays, making it even less value for money. The only saving grace was the fantastic view, which leads me to believe they must be shelling out a premium rent for that location.

As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed and were looking forward to enjoying the ambience of this incredible location. Unfortunately, aside from the exceptional service, the food was short of average and let the venue down. I ordered the lasagne special and had to send it back as it was burnt. My husband’s steak was small and expensive. Such a shame as the location is lovely…

We had been 3 times before our recent visit. Very disappointed not the food and presentation from previous visits. Very basic menu suitable for a pub. Not the same high class food. We get that the restaurant has changed to attract locals, but for us not a place to return to. We were celebrating a special occasion. Photos on the reviews don’t match what it is now

Fresh, flavoursome food… small serves for the price. Disappointed to have our main courses delivered almost immediately after pre-dinner cocktails had been served to us… not ideal To be eating fish, salad etc while sipping fruity, spirit based drinks.

Went here for lunch, took the boat down from Docklands, called and booked on the way down, and they arranged for a berth for the boat. Was a great experience for all. Food and service was great.

What a delightful place to enjoy a sensational meal. Their attention to detail in the food and service was excellent, a very pleasant experience and atmosphere. The selection on the menu and wines is fantastic, so many great options available. I would highly recommend foodies visit here and enjoy the views. It’s a real highlight on the Mornington Peninsula.

Stunning venue with lovely views of the marina but we thought that the food that we got which was the seafood pie and the roast beef was a bit average. Service was not the best either as we waited for ages to be served but no one came to our table. After a while we finally had to get the attention of a staff member before a server was called to our table. Hopefully food and service improves as I would love to go back to such a beautiful restaurant.
