Please ensure your staff are aware of what is actually ordered when a customer orders online. I was told i could only have a 365 ml drink when your online ordering system said that the meal deal if you paid an extra $7 came with chips or salad and a 600ML DRINK. SEE PHOTO OF YOUR WEBSITE. Meal was average. might be an idea when the order is emailed that items are itemised as well as on the emailed copy it didn’t show what was included in the meal deal- so i had to go to the website to confirm. So i have taken a screenshot and attached FYI! Thankfully you conceded and allowed me the 600ml. but to save others from this i have posted this.

FRESHLY MADE calamari rings the best I have ever had not the half a dozen out of a packet the size that you can pop into your mouth but big think tender and delicious yum! FRESHLY MADE prawn cutlets not flat and frozen from out of a packet but plump and juicy. WOW well done Mr and Mrs proprietor please don’t change what you’re doing.

Great little find. Not conveniently location but it turned out to be perfect for my family. There was 14 of us so l did make a reservation during the week but when we turned up nothing was set up and they had no idea about my reservation. A bit annoying but we quickly rustled up some tables. Now about the food itself, its awesome. Very fresh with lots of variety to choose from the menu. We went for the platter 1 and it was still too much for my family. They are very generous and it even came with a hugh seafood salad. We loved it.

Worst experience. Paid $50 for platter 1. Hardly any chips less than a small serve, they were not fresh as if re-heated. Missing seafood, no salad and terrible service when trying to rectify on the phone. Don’t waste your money going here. It’s gone down hill.

i’ve had some bad fish n chips before but this is by far the worst! Everything was soggy from too much oil. Batter was uncooked on battered Savs, all chips were stale (like they had been reheated. Seafood salad was bland prawns must have been frozen they tasted water logged and out battered oysters batter was not even the same colour or consistency as the fish and savs. Fresh oyster were not too bad but we didn’t eat everything because we all felt sick after eating lunch which we think was due to excessive oil on all the food would not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favour and Stay clear

Marine world seafood cafe I visited was exceptional. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the grilled salmon shop was bit busy due to good friday but damn the way they handled the orders is just phenomenal i must recommend to everyone . Overall, a delightful dining experience that exceeded my expectations.
