Had Fish & Chips from here Saturday night the fish batter was brown and so overcooked, the fish was so dry and the chips tasted like it had been awhile since the oil was changed. We ate here a couple of years ago while on holidays it was amazing returned with fond memories and were absolutely disappointed.

Male answering the phone taking orders was a bit blunt with no energy even put into answering the phone. My order was missing 4x dimsims and fish batter not the best over cooked. Very hit and miss this place needs more mature workers or even supervision.

After overhearing a staff member say my order was gross I should have walked out but thought id give the benefit of doubt . What was gross was the soggy half cooked chips the undercooked pre cooked burger pattie and the egg i could have bounced off the floor . The mouthy one should spend more time learning how to cook chips and less time passing judgment on customers orders . I will never go back

Customer service was atrocious! Not only did we not end up with what we ordered. Was given one fish and chips instead of two and gravy was forgotten! When we entered the store to collect , we were initially told the order wasn’t ready. Only to wait 20 more minutes to ask again to find it was sitting there the whole time!!! The shop is run by incompetent kids. Would rather drive a further distance to get decent customer service.
