Ordered one take away chips and waited 20 minute. When they gave it to me it was disgusting, covered in oil, soggy and uncooked. When I returned it, they didn’t even apologise nor did they show manners. Workers have no respect for their customers, shame on them.

I had to wait 15 min for coffee. And only 1 coffee before me.tasted horrible. I asked for oat and he used same jug he used for previous one which was definitely full cream. You guys could get into serious trouble if not taken seriously about milk contamination. Some people could have serious affects of lactose. I asked for double shot coffee. Tasted like milk. I could see coffee extraction process was less than 20sec. You guys need experienced barista not a kid.

We just wanted a nice brunch, but food was below average: ordered extra haloumi and never got it, even after we asked for it again to the waiter. We had to wait about half an hour to receive our order.
