The burrito I had at Mad Mex was an absolute disaster. It was a flavorless mess wrapped in a tortilla. The ingredients were haphazardly thrown together with no care for balance or quality. The meat was dry and tasteless, the beans were mushy, and the vegetables were limp and lifeless. The cheese, if you can even call it that, had no flavor and clung to the roof of my mouth. It was a sad excuse for a burrito, and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different place to satisfy your burrito cravings.

Customer service wasn’t bad till they started talking to their friend that wanted to order as well not only did they give my meal out to someone else they didn’t give me the chips and salsa that comes with a meal so I was charged for something I didn’t receive, once they had remade my grande melt I and I know this is partially my fault I didn’t check to see whether they had made my grande melt correctly which they hadn’t I asked for no onion and capsicum, beef, rice and chorizo with spicy salsa and sour cream and cheese which isn’t that hard to make or remember, not mad just annoyed, you need to pay more attention to your work rather then your social life like come on talk to them after work it’s not hard
