I have visited 4 or 5 times since it’s opened and each time I have experienced longer than reasonable wait times and incredibly slow service. They are regularly out of staple items and food is often not prepared properly. There seems to be a lack of initiative from the staff and I don’t think they are encouraged by management to deliver fast and efficient service. I hope the owner can reflect on this as I would be happy to return if things improve.

The girl serving could not care less about customer service or quality. The food was just thrown together poorly wrapped and the cheese on the nachos wasn’t even melted. Music so loud in the shop I couldn’t hear her and she clearly couldn’t hear us. I would of complained to the manager but he looked as disinterested as her. Will never go back and if anybody is undecided I would suggest not making the same mistake we did. How hard is it to smile at customers and serve hot food?

Not even worth one star. Was there for lunch at 1 pm and staff were blasé . All of them there didn’t know quite what was going on. There was no beef or chicken and only three people in the restaurant including my work mate and myself. Orders taken and it took them about 20 minutes to get service out. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t know what they were on. But haven’t had seen service like this before . No wonder the restaurant was so quiet at this hour on a Friday.

Shop is closed as I am writing this review. But google says 9 pm. Third time this has happened. We come all the way to Fremantle and the shop is closed. Plenty of foot traffic, yet i don’t know why you would close early.
