Food was ok apart from Pho which was awful. We ordered large size, however not enough noodles in the bowl and noodles were unable to eat because they were stuck together. I requested to change Pho, however the staff told me pho noodles are premade so asked me to order different menu. The staff still fully charged the Pho and no apologies. Its ok i won’t be back

I went there and had my dinner and ordered a quail and a small pho. The quail charge me $16 dollars but only have two little pieces, and the meat is dry and chewy. The pho taste is fine, but the noodles are crushed and stick together. Also the service is “impressive”. No one tries to clean the table for me when I sit down. The waitress seems not really patient with us. Just come and go quickly, and that makes me feel like telling us no questions for her. I need to use the napkin with water and clean up myself.

Food was abysmal. I had ordered a large special Pho with beef, brisket, and meatballs. It came with 3/4 of the bowl is broth. The meat was minimal and overcooked. The noodles are all chopped up and soggy. The fun of eating Pho are the long noodles so you can slurp it up. This bowl looks like it’s for a child with noodles all cut up. The broth was so sweet. The waitstaff never brought over any hoisin and siracha with the Pho. I had to take it from another table

Modern Vietnamese restaurant in the Townsville city centre. Checked them out after reading reviews off the internet. Tried the Shaken beef with rice and the watermelon-lychee-mint drink. The beef was done just right, well seasoned, juicy and tender. No complaints about the drink too. Portions are reasonable for the price. A definite recommend if you happen to be in the area. 4 out of 5 stars.

I am extremely disappointed with the food served at this restaurant. It was absolutely dreadful and tasteless, and my family member and I could not eat it. I had brought my family member with the intention of treating them, but unfortunately, the experience was not enjoyable. The Poh had a dreadful perfume taste, and it was watered down, making it the most awful thing I’ve ever tasted. I do hope that you take our feedback into consideration and make the necessary changes to rectify the obvious failings in the food served.

Don’t bother if you want fast service or decent customer service. Ordered online, replying text said I would be messaged when to pick up. An hour later I’m still waiting for a message so I decide to go into the restaurant to enquire how much longer I had to wait, only to find out that my order has been sitting in the pick up bench for sometime. No apology when I told her I never received a pickup message, no apology for the lukewarm broth, just a smile and a nod.

Great Vietnamese food. I would suggest their “Shaken Beef” myself. I have ordered it on a recommendation from a friend and it was amazing. It is tender pieces of beef wok tossed with a side of rice and mini salad.
