Everything’s a bit dated. Toilets were grubby (men’s) and women’s had a hole in the wall. Service was okay but hard to get waitresses’ attention even though very quiet on a Saturday night. My salmon was nice but not everyone enjoyed their meals. Cantaloupe on a seafood plate was a bit unexpected!? Won’t be back which explains why it was quiet on a Saturday. A good restaurant flourishes with repeat business hey!

Firstly, ignore the older reviews. New site at Karingal is great, clean and lovely. Our food experience was perfect and everything was delicious. Best ribs and hot wings in the area IMHO. Staff pleasant and attentive. Will be back!

I very a poor and terrible attempt to serve Argentinian food. I am originally from Argentina and I can tell you that it was very disappointing. All this coupled with very poorly trained staff, this is an experience you should avoid.

Just had dinner at Karingal & the ribs were melting off the bone. My granddaughter who eats like a sparrow ate all her dinner! A first…yay…she’s 16 years old & quite fussy….compliments to the chef okay – now the markdowns… The female maitre de was gracious & seemed to be the only person besides the chef working! The waiter didn’t crack a smile & it seemed a bit of an effort to take our order or clear the table….The waitress spent more time flirting at reception or other guests at other tables. I guess it must’ve been a longgggggg day for the waiting staff – but hey! It’s all about HOSPITALITY & the customer EXPERIENCE…. Btw – I had to use my credit card as they had no change for $100 note despite the bill being $65.00

Made a booking with Living Social vouchers. Arrived and was told they would not honour them as it had a weekend exclusion, despite the fact only one other couple in the restaurant. Staff were aggressive and rude. Will NEVER go back. Threw vouchers in the bin where they belong.

Beautiful food ~ Most gorgeous creamy mushroom sauce, perfect to put over rice or dip things in, like there yummy chips ~ Lovely, quaint, inviting atmosphere ~ attentive service ~ hubby can’t help but get steak every time as it’s a melt in the mouth one of a smoky kind ~ and you leave feeling like a welcomed regular even if it’s your first time… Oh and the background music is so perfectly fitting it sets the mood wonderfully 🙂
