Mosey on down to Lone Star Rib House to be treated to dose of good ol’ fashioned hospitality, where the smiles are as wide as the sky and the flavours are bigger than Texas.
After a “howdy yawl’ from our team, you can rest yourselves awhile with the menu and we’ll rustle up your refreshments.
We’ll crack the whip on some mighty fine vittles, from Big Ribs drowning in Texas butter (gravy) to the biggest ever Chili Dogs, topped with sauce of your choice. There’s fire breathing to hot as hell. Or you might wanna try our famous Ol’ Dave Burgers, topped with a slice of overland trout (bacon) or extra skunk eggs (onions).
Just make sure you don’t go belly up before desert, cause we’re fixin’ to give you a mighty fine time. Y’all come back now

The food tasted nice. We waited 40 minutes just for our drinks and they had no taste. The flamboyant waiter was happy to add extra flavour. We waited 35 minutes for our meal which can’t even be blamed on Fathers Day coz we ordered at 1.20. Even people who arrived after us got their meals before us. We had to ask twice for our desert. The atmosphere was good and food was great but unfortunately the service we got was bad today. Other times we went though was ok. We will come back though. One long wait for everything today won’t put us off returning.

Food was excellent when it eventually arrived .We had to wait for nearly an hour after sitting down . If there is a staff shortage perhaps it would be a good idea to limit the number of patrons to a managable number , as it was people were leaving frustrated anyway. Still trying to figure out the function of the guy who feels it necessary to shout at the top of his voice to communicate .

We came in to lonestar today for my sons birthday lunch and from the moment we arrived we had the best experience. The service was exceptional from the owner, he was such a character. Even threw in a free drink to try which was absolutely delicious. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly restaurant in town to try it out

The restaurant provided good service with friendly staff, and it’s welcoming to families with children. The food was served promptly, the pizza was amazing and a highlight while the chicken was flavourful but slightly dry, the meat was tender enough to fall off the bone.
