First time user and definitely will return. From the cheery smile of greeting to the friendly “Thank you for coming,” the service was exceptional. I have numerous dietary restrictions so I can be slow in ordering, but this was met with a genuine “Take your time. ” The premises were clean. Our meals were delicious with the freshness of vegetables outstanding. Overall, a wonderful experience and one I will be delighted to recommend and repeat.

Stopped in with the kids for a quick bite not expecting much from a takeaway place but the food was absolutely unexpectedly brilliant. It was so full of flavour and unlike a lot of fast food it made you feel great after too! Definitely recommend. Nice staff also.

I’m not sure what happened to this franchise because it started off so good. The last 12 months it’s continued to spiral downwards. EVERY order has been wrong, usually cold and quality is pitiful. EVERY order and we spend $50+ a week on GyG. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned but it’s just worse. I’ve tried to speak to someone claiming to be the manager and was utterly flabbergasted at his complete lack of customer service, empathy or knowledge. It’s not fair on the teens that work there as I’m sure they’re not all incompetent but how hard can it be to read a label and put the right things on the meal. They obviously don’t have good leadership. Don’t get me started on the food hygiene issues I’ve seen (as others have commented in their reviews) Do yourself a favour a drive the extra 10 mins and go to Birtinya.

It was my first time trying gunman y Gomez and it will be my last. The chips were cold . Nachos were soggy the cheese wasn’t melted. I ordered a taco and got something that looked like a wrap. After spending $42 I was Very disappointed kfc would have tasted better

At 13:36 today I placed an order for food to takeaway. Firstly I have to say the service was sub par, the team members were loitering and talking to each other loudly and inappropriately when they can be over heard by customers instead of working together to reduce the food wait times.

Me and my elderly mum (whos in a wheelchair) came into your restaurant on the other day and were treated with lovely customer service. The young man behind the counter, Nathan I believe his name was treated us with amazing customer service. The food was just delish, I ordered the chicken burrito enchilada and my mum ordered the beef nachos and sundae on the side!!!!. Im so happy and will 100% be coming back to eat here again. The staff were so kind and treated me and my mum with the upmost respect and there customer service skills were outstanding. IF ONLY ALL FAST PLACES WERE LIKE YOU GUYS!!!!!!!

Do not go to this store. We have constantly gone back to give them the benefit of the doubt with messing up orders as it’s our local and we love GYG. Hell, I’m even leaving a review on a fast food joint, which is a new low for all. Food orders are never correct, we only order burrito bowls with a filling, it’s surely the easiest order to create. Food is always cold, and the portions are terrible. Will not be coming back to this place!
