We attended for lunch today and were dissapointed with our service. We decided to go this eveing as our visiting guests really wanted to try the Warheads (jalepeno poppers) and tonight redemption was had for Live Fire! We couldnt fault the service. We spoke with the owner John and he was amazing, he listened to us voive our concerns. We got to know our server Jye and we learnt a lot! There are some kinks that need to be ironed out in the front of house. But the food! The food speaks for itself!! It was the best steak Ive ever had! We got a taste of the sunday special the beef shorties and OMG!!! We tried the char grill plate and the lamb and steak was beautiful.

Arrived at 5:40, ordered the jalapeno poppers and 2 brisket burgers and were served promptly with the entree in less than 10 minutes and our burgers arrived less than 20 minutes after that. The brisket had been cooked earlier before we had ordered and was slightly dry, but still tender and cooked to perfection.

Had dinner here last night. When it came, eventually, after about 90 minutes, the group was very happy with it. But the wait was excruciating and nothing was done to ease the wait but, ‘It’s coming very soon.’ I don’t think that, in a restaurant, ‘very soon’ is 30 minutes. The wait was consistent with the experience of some friends who came the night before. Mind you, when it was coming out something was done about the wait but that was too late.

This would be the worst experience that I and my family have had in quite a while!! We waited nearly an hour, before we threatened to leave (the poor waitress, she was wonderful trying to make all the apologies for the slowness of service.) She then had to come back and tell my husband they had run out of ribs, would he like to pick something else (this after we have been waiting nearly an hour for our meal) The food was tasteless, and oily. The meat was hardly any meat – all fat!!! I didn’t think “anybody” could screw up Nachos, (but you achieved it) tasteless!!! Even the burger my son had was “very ordinary”, and their Thai salad was so soaked in a bitter dressing it was uneatable. Never going back, going to take a handful of indigestion tablets as not feeling so good!!!!
