Horrible experience. Ordered two burrito in a meal and received two different sized chips. Some of the chips were even cold. Person serving us didn’t clarify or even tell us that getting Sour cream, lettuce, Chipotle Mayo and guacamole were extra. The burrito it’s self had tomato which we were not informed about as it didn’t have it in the ingredients list and we weren’t told. The tomato was scattered in a few places wasn’t even evenly distributed. The meat to rice ratio was not even and had a majority of rice in it. The Sour cream was next to non-existent, which made the entire thing incredibly dry. For over 40 for two burrito, this was absolutely horrific and disgusting. Not to mention the service which was lack luster, our server didn’t look at all thrilled to even be there let along serving us.

The team at Gyg are the best hands down. They have the best breakfast burrito which I highly recommend everyone tries once in their life. The customer service is excellent and the food is always tasty and fresh. The chips were seasoned well and hot and crunchy. We ordered the nacho with chips and a beef burrito.

But the service just kills it no one has no customer service experience and there attitude is just like they dont care. Every visit to GYG they have let us down with our orders by always missing a meal which means a family member always misses out. By the time we get to bushy beach to notice it’s too late to drive all the way back again and don’t even try ringing them about it they never answer and they don’t bother getting back to your voicemail you leave behind or email!! Terrible. Not only is it rather more expensive than most food chains you pay more to receive less. Waste of money, time and energy.
