AUGUST 2022: You know the feeling, you’ve arrived in a new city, and hit the main restaurant strip feeling overwhelmed by the choice and range of restaurants on offer. After walking up and down a few times, we chose Lemoncello’s, and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff are super friendly, and the owner is super adorable. Her customer service is second to none and the meals are exactly as she says “larger than expected”. Pulled beef pasta was absolutely delicious, dips huge and super tasty, but the crowning glory was the seafood platter! Morton Bay Bugs, Tiger Prawns, Scallops, Grilled Fish, Grilled Calamari and even a baby octopus! Great portions and absolutely delicious!

My friends and I went here for dinner and the food & drinks were amazing! We had a beautiful waitress catering to our table, but besides that the customer service was horrible. Especially from the lady with the red hair. We had two interactions with her the entire night and both interactions were horrible – she was extremely rude and hostile. Her interactions with other customers were disturbing to watch as well. Kind of disappointing as the food & drinks provided were absolutely beautiful, but because of the horrible customer service, definitely won’t be returning! For the money you spend, you definitely would expect better service! Very disappointing.
