This is a nice place. The setting was simple and elegant. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The service was abit different. The waitresses were not in uniform so you didn’t know who was staff and who was your waitress. Once they were identified they were nice and had knowledge on the menu.

Incredible food, this place is a hidden gem. Great wine list and the menu is to die for. The food will leave you in love and wanting to come back again and again. It’s a regular for me now. The staff are really caring and the service is impeccable. Words aren’t enough to give praise to this place, you must try it.

We have been to this restaurant several times, usually for a special occasion. The food is always excellent as is the service. Run by a lovely family, dad is the chef, mum the maitre’d and their 2 daughters provide the wait service. Predominantly French menu and a brilliant waterfront location….what more could you ask for?

Just returned from a truly lovely dinner at the Lakefront Bistro. The menu was so full of favourites it was hard to choose. Our mains were a delicious baramundi freshly caught as well as a perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth steak. The people were very friendly and we had lovely conversations with them and our fellow restaurateurs. The setting was magical with lights glistening off the lake and the tables and general environ well presented. It was a very comfortable and we’ll satisfied expirence and well worth it.

Nice location and decent food. We went there for Valentines day, I specifically wanted a French restaurant and there’s not many on the Gold Coast anymore The food was nice but not traditional French which was a disappointment. Good service, clean restaurant with nice Lake views.
